About Us

The Fibre Nook is an independent and locally owned yarn shop in Edmonton, Alberta. We offer a wide variety of high quality yarns and all the knitting and crocheting supplies you need. We offer regular learning opportunities - classes, workshops & demonstrations - to help fibre enthusiasts expand their knowledge and skills.

We provide a community hub for fibre enthusiasts in and around Edmonton. Our shop includes cozy spaces for you to work on your projects and/or look through our reference books for patterns or technique instructions. We also offer regular drop-in times, so you can come and share you passion for fibre with others as you craft together.

How to Find Us:

The Fibre Nook is located at 9864 - 63 Avenue, Edmonton. We are in the large shopping complex on the northeast corner of 99 Street and 63 Avenue. You'll find us right beside the Brick Mattress Store.

When driving to The Fibre Nook, the easiest way to access the shop is by heading west on 63 Avenue or north on 99 Street. From either of these directions, you can easily access the two entrances to the building parking lot.

If you are driving east on 63 Avenue, turn left/north onto 99 Street. This way, you'll be able to turn right directly into the parking lot.

If you are driving south on 99 Street, there is a break in the divider before the main intersection. Though somewhat difficult, you can turn left from there into the alley and then, immediately right to drive into the parking lot.

There is ample parking in the lot in front of the shop and street parking along the north side of 63 Avenue, slightly to the east.

If you're coming by bus:

- Take bus 523 from the north or south.

- Take bus 502 from the east or west.
