DESCRIPTION
If you’re a knitter who’s intrigued by the beauty of lace patterns but is intimidated by the seemingly complex structure of the stitches, then this class is for you. In this class, you will work your way through a series of 3 lace face cloths that will increase in complexity as you go. You will learn to read lace patterns and interpret lace charts, work with life lines, and correct mistakes in your knitting. You will also learn the number of methods that lace patterns use to increase and decrease stitches.

PREREQUISITE
Participants must be comfortable with knit and purl stitches and the basic decreases of k2tog and ssk.
SKILL LEVEL
Advanced beginner to intermediate.

MATERIALS
100g of DK weight cotton yarn and a 3.75mm needle. The patterns will be supplied.
IMPORTANT NOTE 1
Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies for the class.
Should supplies be required & bought in shop, a 10% discount will be applied to a one time purchase only, before or on the first day of class. Customers showing their TFN tote bag will receive an additional 5% discount.
Staff will confirm the class registration details at time of discounted supplies purchase.
